Project Description: In the heart of Toronto’s storied Annex neighbourhood, this historic row house was re-designed to better serve and reflect the lifestyle of a growing young family through a full-gut interior renovation and second-floor addition. Well considered spacial planning and cleverly detailed millwork bring function and flow, and a palate of earth bound colours and eclectic design touches reflect the clean yet quirky aesthetic of our clients. A multi-use backyard serves as a play space, entertaining patio, or a car port in a pinch, with a backdrop of richly textured wood, and grounds landscaped with stone and thoughtfully placed plant life.
