Project Description: Intertwined in the forests lining Lake Muskoka, this private lakeside residence was designed as an attached but self contained cottage for the children and grand children of our retired clients. The multigenerational dwelling was laid out with a flagstone entry opening into a common-room with a kitchen, living and dining space, all against the breathtaking natural backdrop provided by the Muskoka wilderness. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms look onto the surrounding rockscapes and forests. Bright wall + ceiling panelling combined with rustic woods and textured stone form the canvas for this casual and warm lakeside retreat.
